Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of aquasocialclub.com (the "Site"), operated by Water Startups LLC. By using the Site you agree to them.
What we provide
The Site produces a Presence Scan: a point-in-time assessment of publicly available digital signals about a business (such as listings, reviews, website and social presence). A paid scan includes the full report and 30 days of Aqua Social Club access for that business. The report stays available to you; Club access lasts for the 30-day window unless you subscribe.
What it is not
A scan is a diagnostic, not a guarantee of any business outcome. Individual results will vary. Scores reflect publicly available information at the time of the scan and can be incomplete or out of date.
Your account and access
Access links and tokens are for the business they were issued to. Do not share them outside your team. We may suspend access that is abused or used to scan businesses you have no connection to.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. The optional monthly subscription renews until you cancel. See the refund policy.
Limits
The Site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
