Privacy Policy
Aqua Social Club (operated by Water Startups LLC) collects only what you give us or what is publicly available about the business you ask us to scan.
What we collect
Your phone number and email address when you unlock a report; the business name, website or Maps link you enter; and publicly available data about that business (such as Google listing details, reviews, website and social signals) used to build the scan. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we do not see or store your card number.
How we use it
To build and deliver your scan and report, to give you Club access, to contact you about your account and purchases, and to send follow-up messages about the Club. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Who sees it
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for others' marketing. Service providers that help us run the Site process it on our behalf: our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our database and hosting providers, and Stripe for payments. Each is subject to its own data practices.
Your choices
To ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email hello@waterstartups.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
